The Postgraduate Department of Kulliyat, established to explore the fundamental concepts of Unani medicine, has been a vital component of our institution since 2008. “Kulliyat,” an Arabic term signifying “Fundamentals,” emphasizes to understand the fundamental principles of Human body’s Structural and Functional framework (Umoore Tabiya), and status for diagnosis and etiology (Ilmul Asbaab wo Alamaat, Kulliyate Nabz wa Baul o Baraz) and treatment methodology(Usoole Ilaj).

Research Activities:
Established in 2008, the department annually admits 5 students, focusing on teaching, research, and training in the Fundamental principles of Unani medicine. A commitment to high-quality education is evident through diverse teaching and learning techniques, including journal clubs, seminars, and symposiums. Currently, 15 research scholars are actively pursuing diverse research topics within the realm of Unani medicine, contributing to the department’s vibrant academic & research environment.
